How about a toy drive to spread some cheer...We're getting in the holiday spirit early, and hosting our annual Hopewell New Toy Drive for Chicago children in need. The drive will run from November 1st - 29th, and we'll be collecting new toys only (no clothes or used items). Donation boxes will be located in many BJB lobbies. Ask your Property Manager too, if you want to know where the closest donation box is to you. Help us spread joy and cheer by donating a new toy for the children of the Hopewell community in Englewood this year.

Only one referral rebate is eligible to be paid out per apartment that is rented, regardless of the size of the apartment or number of occupants.
